Adelaide was frantic as she searched her room for her phone. "Where is it where IS IT!?!??!" She had just gotten done at the doctors office and she was throwing her room apart looking for her fucking cell phone. She gasped in surprise as she found it, next to a box of pregnancy tests. She angrily threw the tests against the wall, and opened her sidekick, dialing her best friends' number. She knew it by heart. Tears were flooding her eyes as the phone rang. "Come on Alina...come onnnn!" She HAD to talk to her. Alina lived with her now, but she wasn't at home, and Ade needed her. Badly. The fact that a human being was growing inside of her, and her and Spensers breakup was imminent, looming over her like a cloud of bad news. "FUCK." She cried as it went to her voicemail. Maybe she was late getting to her phone. So she tried again. "Please Alina! I neeed you.." She whispered, sitting on a pile of clothes in her closet. She waited, and waited for her best friend to answer the phone.

Metro Station's 'Shake It' echoed throughout Alina's car. "Fuuuuuuuck." she shouted. It was somewhere in the backseat, buried beneath books and papers and clothes and more mystery items. Attempting to keep her eyes on the road and the backseat wasn't working out so well, and she missed the call. "Oh well," she muttered. "If they want me that bad they can call again." Seconds later, Shake It came on again. They must have really wanted her. Alina had found her phone this point, saw it was Ade, and answered happily. "Hey, best friend. Why didn't you just text me or something? What are you, like pregnant or something?" Alina laughed at her own joke. If only she knew how right she was.

Adelaide thanked the heavens as Alina finally answered. "Fuck.. Alina!" She gasped as Alina asked if she was pregnant. How the crap did she find out. "How the shit did you know?" She asked. She wasn't angry, she was actually quite sad-y. Cry-y. She sniffled. "Can you just come home? And talk to me? I need you." She whined, still crying. "And bring ice cream? I have so much to tell you.." She spoke, holding onto her phone with one hand, and a pillow in the other. She needed her best friend now more then anything. Alina was her lifeline, one of the only things that kept her hanging on. Thank goodness for her and her awesomeness.

Even though Ade couldn't see, Alina's mouth dropped open. She was stopped at a stop light, but the light turned green and it didn't even phase her. How in God's name had she guessed right? Hell, she hadn't even guessed! It was a fucking joke! "What the fuck are talking about Ade? PREGNANT? Good God Almighty! Cut the shit and tell me what's really going on!" Then Alina heard her best friend sobbing on the other end, and it hit her. There was no joke. She was speechless. Her best friend in the entire world was pregnant, and another one of her friends was pregnant. "Yeah, I'll bring ice cream. What kind do you want?" she whispered. This was going to be a very long school year.
