Cory leaned against the wall, he was waiting on his friend, Alex, he needed to get the notes from him from class. He wasn't here yesterday because he got sick, mono. Of all people of course, it happens to Cory. Like he was so innocent though, please. He could feel the breeze from the gym blowing, it made it cold as hell in the hallway. Cory rolled his eyes. He wasn't in the mood to be cold. He smiled, well it was more a smirk. Cory was a player, we all knew that. So what was he thinking about? Well the fact that he was juggling two girls, and got one in bed after a few drinks would put a smile on his face. Adelaide and Natalie, who had no idea about the other. Then, Jules, who's drink he had to slip alcohol into. He stared off, trying to think of anything to do, his phone broke so games were not an option. He listened to the silence around him, it was boring. He leaned back, closing his eyes. It was kind of peaceful though, and a lot quieter than the dorms. Cory began to think about how long it would take him to recover, but he had it for a while now, and he really hadn't been around.

He heard someone coming, he shot his eyes open. He found his friend making his way down the hallway, he had practice after school so he was here and not the dorms. And he didn't live on-campus. "Thanks, man," Cory smiled as Alex handed the notes to Cory, "I got mono... I have no idea where it came from though," Cory shrugged. Alex replied sarcastically, 'Yeah, gee I wonder.' He was obviously teasing Cory about how he was such a player. Cory rolled his eyes, "Oh, hah. Hah. Hah. What a comedian." Alex laughed a little, then gave Cory a serious face, 'So, still got Natalie and Adelaide in your little triangle of love?' Cory smirked, he was just devious like that, "Yeah, and not to mention, I did pretty Jules, too," Cory replied still smirking. Alex gave him a look, as if to say, no way? and so he said it, 'No way, you're lying.' Cory glanced at him for a moment, giving him that idiotic little hand gesture thing all the guys do, "Tell me, Alex... Would I lie to you?" Cory heard someone though, he glanced around, then glanced back at Alex, "Thanks, man. I really should get back to my dorm room, before someone on Dayton staff sees me. See you around," Cory said as he walked away. But what he found around the corner would change everything about his player ways.
